Lynn Carden

Lynn Carden is an artist whose work has been exhibited throughout the Midwest. Known for her large botanicals and her recent bird and egg series, Carden’s work is held in private and corporate collections throughout the U.S.
After high school Carden studied and traveled around the globe with the International School of American, then earned a B.A. in Fine Arts at the Ohio State University. She continued her studies at various universities and academies before starting her career in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Today she lives on the farm her ancestors settled in Southern Ohio and where she is surrounded by the subject matter of her paintings. A trove of documents, letters and artifacts discovered within the walls of its historic house, Robertson Place, were the basis for her first book, The Women of Robertson Place; A Family Saga.
